People just love chocolates. And yet, not everyone knows how this flavorful, melt-in-the-mouth delicacy is produced. Recently, we had a distinguished gentleman from the Canadian trade team visit our farm, and he quipped jokingly: “I didn’t realize that chocolates grew from cacao trees!” At Gran Verde Farm, we have farm tours that cover the process of making chocolate from cacao beans. Imagine, from hard and bitter cacao beans, we can produce those heavenly, addictive chocolates like magic!
Come to Gran Verde! We’ll show you around.

It is interesting how many people take things like chocolate as a given thing.
So they don’t worry too much how things are made.
That said, the process how chocolate is made is interesting.
And yes, dark choc is the best! 😀
