Hello, world! Welcome to my blog. I am a newly retired military officer still raring to be of service. In the twilight of my years, I now reflect on the things I’ve done. I look back at my life, the carefree days of youth, the loving and the caring we received and shared in return, the aches and pains as well, the lessons we picked up as we grew, the struggles, the joys, the triumphs and the debacles as well. I am thankful for having been able to experience a life rich in poignant memories, and even more thankful that I have the opportunity now to tell my story, that we may – hopefully – learn something from.
